Short Term Disability Insurance
Short Term Disability Insurance Benefit becomes effective the first of the month following 90 days in a benefit eligible status or a change in status.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Long Term Disability Insurance Benefit becomes effective the first of the month following the appropriate waiting period, based on personnel class, including a change in status.
