DIET FREE

Adopting Zonya's eight DIET FREE habits – one at a time – will change your life.

DIET FREE is a deprivation-free nutrition and exercise program open to all patients and employees of Marshfield Clinic Health System. Children ages 10-18 are welcome to participate as long as they attend along with their parents/legal guardians. It's a fantastic family education opportunity!

​For more information or to get started, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Register for an informational session

Informational sessions are 20 minutes and held every other Wednesday via phone/Microsoft Teams.  Please click on the link below to sign up for a session. During this informational session, you will learn about the program and how to register for a 10 week class. If you are unable to attend a session, please skip to step 3 to order the participant kit and complete the program on your own. ​

Time: 12:00 – 12:30 p.m.

Step ​2. Register for a virtual DIET FREE class or choose to participate
​self-guided​.​

The 10 week session will take place via Microsoft Teams/phone. If you want to complete the program on your own skip to step 3.

2024 Virtual Classes via Teams: Gain the support and enthusiasm of others during a virtual class facilitated by an MCHS Health Educator.​

Classes: Tuesdays, April 2 - June 4 from noon to 1 p.m. Register.

​​Step 3. Order your DIET FREE participant kit

After your informational session, you will receive an email with instructions for how to order your participant kit materials. The kit will be mailed directly to your home address. The cost is $99 plus shipping ($5.95 for economy or $10.95 for priority). If you are unable to attend an informational session, please email mchswellness@marshfieldclinic.org to get the instructions for how to order your kit.​
