I believe in supporting not only the patient while in the ICU, but also their family. I have experienced being admitted to the ICU, and it can be life-changing. So, I make sure to be available to family members so I can answer any questions or concerns they may have. Sometimes just listening to them can be an important step in the healing process.
Personal Interests
During her free time, Amanda enjoys gardening, Pilates and traveling. Along with her husband, they stay busy with their five children’s activities, like soccer, cross country, swim team, gymnastics and dance. As a family they enjoy going to museums, trying new foods and walking on ghost tours.
