When Taylor Joswiak was a child, she also was a frequent patient at Marshfield Clinic Health System. Because of the care she received during her visits, Taylor wanted to do the same for others.
"I had a lot of medical concerns early on in my life and as I grew older, I became interested in medicine," she said. "I was inspired by the providers, nurses and medical team who took care of me and my family."
In her role as a physician assistant, Taylor found a work-life balance. She cares for patients of all ages, and spends time getting to know them and their families. After growing up in Edgar, Taylor is familiar with the area and enjoys being near her hometown.
She has special interest in women's health, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Her care philosophy focuses on involving patients in their health care. Taylor educates and works together with patients to provide a better understanding of their overall health.
Taylor earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Outside of work, Taylor and her husband like to travel. She also enjoys being active like coaching volleyball, kayaking and hiking. She and her husband have a Boxer dog, who they enjoy spending time with as well.
