Frequently asked questions

Is plastic surgery safe?

All surgery has risks. We reduce risk through accredited facilities, careful screening and clear pre‑/post‑op guidance.

How long is recovery?

That depends on the procedure. It could be anywhere from a few days to several weeks, but we’ll help tailor your surgical plan to work with your schedule and needs.

Will insurance cover my procedure

Reconstructive procedures linked to function or medical necessity may be covered, but cosmetic procedures generally are not. In your initial consultation, we’ll go over your benefits with you.

Can I see results before I decide?

Yes. During consultation we review outcomes, expected scarring and timelines to help set realistic expectations.

What’s the difference between cosmetic and reconstructive surgery?

Cosmetic surgery focuses on enhancing appearance, while reconstructive surgery restores function and form after trauma, cancer or congenital conditions.

Am I a candidate for breast augmentation, lift, or reduction?

Candidacy depends on your anatomy, goals, skin quality and medical history. Augmentation increases volume (implant or fat transfer), while a lift repositions and firms and a reduction removes excess tissue to relieve symptoms and improve proportion. We’ll recommend the option that matches your needs.

How do Botox and fillers differ?

Botox or Dysport can relax overactive muscles to soften dynamic lines. Fillers add volume to static lines and features (lips, cheeks, chin). Many patients benefit from a combination plan.
