Find answers about transitioning our patient portal from Syntellis to FollowMyHealth.
What’s changing?
Our patient portal is changing. We’re moving from Syntellis to a new portal called FollowMyHealth.
When is this happening?
After April 30, anything in Syntellis will be gone and can’t be recovered, which is why it’s important to save anything you want before then.
What do you need to do now?
You should log into Syntellis before April 30 and download or save:
- Test results
- Visit summaries
- Documents you want to keep
Also, you do not need to sign up for the new portal yet. You will receive an invitation.
How to download information from Syntellis?
Downloading information from Syntellis is done directly within the portal. While exact screens may vary, the steps are:
- Log into the Syntellis patient portal
- Navigate to sections such as Health Records, Test Results or Documents
- Use available Download, Export, or Save options
- Save files to a personal computer, phone, or secure cloud storage
You may need to repeat sets for each section.
What is FollowMyHealth?
FollowMyHealth is a secure online patient portal that allows you to view health information, receive updates, and manage your care electronically.
How will I access FollowMyHealth?
You don’t need to sign up yet. You’ll receive an automatic invitation with instructions once FollowMyHealth is ready.
Will my old information move to FollowMyHealth?
Some information will be shown in the new portal, but older items that only live in Syntellis may not unless they’re downloaded ahead of time.
Will I lose my medical records in the process?
No. Electronic medical records remain. This only changes the patient-facing portal system.
