Idea of Care

I believe that the central part of treatment begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I like to ensure clients feel comfortable and welcomed, which helps them feel safe enough to explore some of their more challenging thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

I use a person-centered approach and incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. 

Personal Interests

Will enjoys playing video games, reading books, playing board and table-top games, hiking and trying new foods. Some of his favorite video games include The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy and Pokémon. He’s a big fan of fantasy and horror books.
