Tejas Brahmbhatt, M.D., has always wanted to care for patients in small-to-medium sized communities to provide the best care possible and help those who may not have the same access to health care.
Dr. Brahmbhatt sees patients dealing with heart attack, chest pain, valvular disease among other heart-related issues.
“Taking care of patients who are critically ill or with major heart attacks and helping them get better is what I enjoy," he said.
Dr. Brahmbhatt is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, interventional cardiology and nuclear medicine.
“I am committed to bringing my patients the best care and keeping them safe in my care,' he said. “My patients allow me to provide compassionate care for them and their families."
Dr. Brahmbhatt went to medical school at Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and his internship at Sheth Vadilal Sarabhai General Hospital Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He completed internal medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois and a pair of fellowships at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and another fellowship in interventional cardiology at East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina.
Dr. Brahmbhatt is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, playing tennis and watching football, basketball and cricket.
