Lavender Streiff, O.D., comes from a long line of chiropractors and has always aspired to be a health care provider. She values the importance of health in living our best lives and is honored to help her patients in this way.
"Eye care resonated with me because sight is such a precious sense," Dr. Streiff said. “It is rewarding to help my patients preserve their eye health and enhance their vision so their lives can be enriched."
Most of her patients seek her care due to vision challenges such as cataracts, retinopathy from diabetes or hypertension, glaucoma, macular degeneration, vascular occlusions or refractive error. She offers comprehensive eye exams, eye disease management, emergency eye care, contact lens fittings and myopia management.
"I believe in the importance of patient-focused, trustworthy and superb health care provided by a team united by a common, meaningful goal," Dr. Streiff said.
Passionate about transforming lives through vision, Dr. Streiff's work is impactful and enjoys connecting with people and caring for them like family.
Outside of work, Dr. Streiff lives with her husband and two daughters in Stevens Point. She enjoys travel, yoga and gardening.
