“Being able to spend one-on-one time with patients enables me to establish relationships and develop meaningful goals."
Kali Hackmann is a physical therapist who sees patients with a wide variety of health ailments, injuries and diagnoses. She sees patients young and old and works to help them gain back their quality of life.
Hackmann knew this field would be a perfect fit for her, especially after having gone through physical therapy herself when she was younger.
“I've always loved being active and science was my favorite subject of study," Hackmann said. “Physical therapy allows me to combine both to give back and benefit people's lives."
Hackmann's method of care involves developing a unique care plan specific to each individual patient's needs.
“I am most passionate about helping individuals improve their pain, mobility and strength in a way that allows them to return to the functional activities they care about most," Hackmann said.
Hackmann earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Georgia Southern University in Savannah. She earned her bachelor's degree at Winona State University in Minnesota.
When she's not at work, Hackmann enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, running, hunting and curling.
