“I present all of the options to patients and find a solution that works best for them."
Jackie Anderson, nurse practitioner, has been a nurse for more than 10 years and has loved every part of it.
“I'm passionate about patients receiving excellent care," Anderson said. “I became a nurse practitioner to take a step to further assist patients with their medical needs with my expertise in nursing care."
She chose cardiology to work with a collaborative team to assist patients in maintaining their cardiac health.
She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Doctor of Nursing degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Anderson sees patients for conditions including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure and cardiovascular disease.
She works to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
“I present all of the options to patients and find a solution that works best for them," Anderson said. “I believe that this is the best way to serve my patients."
She also enjoys taking her time with her patients to ensure all their questions are answered.
Anderson has lived in the Chippewa Valley her entire nursing career and enjoys caring for this patient population. She is married and has three children and two cats. She enjoys spending time with her family, vacations to Disney and watching the Minnesota Wild play hockey.
