Dr. Humberto Vidaillet is an electrophysiologist, which focuses on diagnosing and treating abnormal heart rhythms.
He came to
Marshfield from Duke Medical Center
in 1987, attracted by Marshfield Clinic
Health System’s mission to harness
medicine, research and education
to provide people with high-quality,
accessible health care.
“I want patients to see me as their
advocate, someone who strives to listen
to their concerns and offers therapeutic
choices that allow them to make
informed decisions,” Dr. Vidaillet said.
Dr. Vidaillet earned his medical degree
at the University of Oklahoma Health
Sciences Center, Oklahoma City. He
completed his internship and residency
in internal medicine at Mayo School of
Graduate Medical Education, Rochester,
Minnesota. He completed a fellowship
in cardiology and electrophysiology at Duke University School of Medicine-Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina.
He has been board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He serves as a clinical professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison.
Dr. Vidaillet and his wife, Debbie, have three children along with a wonderful daughter-in-law and son-in-law and
three grandsons. Dr. Vidaillet enjoys spending time with his family and
has a particular interest in learning
about human rights issues.
