“I hope to provide explanation and thorough details so you can feel comfortable with care I provide to you.”
With an interest in science and passion to help people, Casee Meincke knew at a young age she wanted to go into medicine. After witnessing a family member receive quality care from a provider, Casee pursued becoming a physician assistant.
“I left that appointment and I thought to myself, ‘That’s the kind of provider I want to be for someone someday,’” she said. “I knew in just 15 minutes that I could trust them.”
As an OB/GYN physician assistant, Casee can provide annual wellness visits, cancer surveillance, prenatal and postpartum appointments, as well as contraceptive management, surgical care and follow up after surgeries. In her experience, she says she feels “at home” in the operating room.
“It’s very rewarding to be able to see someone after surgery and know you healed their pain or problem,” she said. “While there is some recovery time, you made a difference for them.”
During an office visit, Casee strives to build relationships with her patients. She wants you to feel comfortable discussing your health to find what is right for you. “I enjoy building that trust with my patients to provide them the best care possible,” she said.
Casee earned her Master of Science Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Originally, from Iowa, Casee is happy to be in Marshfield – a place that feels like home. She likes to be outdoors, enjoying hiking and kayaking. She also is a cupcake connoisseur and enjoys baking in the winter months.
