Health and safety requirements

We put your health and safety first. When you arrive, please tell registration or your check-in location if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19 or are COVID-19 positive. Registration will coordinate with your care team on how to proceed to your appointment. You will be asked to wear a surgical mask no matter your vaccination status. If you have a surgical mask, please wear it to your appointment or you will be given one.

Visitor r​estrictions

We have visitor restrictions in place to prevent potential spread of COVID-19. Visitors who are positive for COVID-19, who have COVID-19 symptoms or who have had close contact with someone who is positive for COVID-19 should delay non-urgent, in-person visitation until they have met the health care criteria to end isolation. Special circumstances will apply for visitors in urgent (e.g. life-threatening) situations.

Our visitor restrictions can frequently change. Review our visitor restrictions before your visit. Please arrive just prior to your appointment. ​ ​

Change to new software may cause longer wait times or delays

To better serve you, we are undergoing a change to new software. During your next appointment, you may experience longer wait times or processes taking a little more time to complete. Our software change will take effect at our Marshfield Clinic Health System locations over a period of months through January 2023.

Intake forms at patient registration

To improve your experience at appointment check-in, you may be provided intake forms that can be completed prior to your arrival for your appointment. You will be able to complete these digital intake forms using a mobile phone or personal laptop and will receive instructions on how to complete these forms prior to your appointment. This new process for completing intake forms will be activated over a period of months and will not be available at all Marshfield Clinic Health System locations at the same time. We appreciate your patience as we implement this new process.
