Suzanne Bilse comes to work each day at Marshfield Clinic focused on improving the lives of her patients. Whether it’s maintaining their lifestyle or returning to a lifestyle they once enjoyed, Suzanne is as passionate about her job as an audiologist today as she was when she chose this as a career path in her early twenties.

“I realized after completing my undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders that working with the hearing impaired was fulfilling and the need was great,” she says.

Suzanne earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from UW Stevens Point, and her doctorate degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona.

Suzanne is based at the Eau Claire Center, but spends part of her time seeing patients in Menomonie. “Marshfield Clinic has a great reputation and I always wanted to return to my home area to build my practice.”

Suzanne says great advancements have been made in hearing aids and she is seeing younger patients in recent years. “I am here to help my patients make the right choices regarding their hearing health,” she says.

Suzanne and husband Tom are raising their three children in Menomonie. When not attending her children's school and sports activities, her family rarely misses a Packer or Brewer game. Suzanne also enjoys reading, cooking and photography.
