​Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator Nicole Kraft focuses on providing patients with nutritional education tailored to them as an individual and based on their health needs.

“I enjoy sharing in patient's successes and achieving their goals," she said. “I also enjoy empowering people to make positive lifestyle changes to improve their overall health."

In Dietetics, Nicole can care for patients who experience unintentional weight loss, those who want to lose weight, or have health conditions like diabetes, kidney and heart disease, along with nutrition support for tube feeding and gastrointestinal issues.

Her goal is to support patients to find the right diet.

“I help my patients find a diet that is sustainable and achieves the goal of maintaining their overall health, which includes physical and mental health," she said.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys running, curling and spending time outdoors. She and her husband have one son.
