Nurse Practitioner, Ann Clabots, sees patients with obstructive sleep apnea, hypersomnia, insomnia, restless leg syndrome and more.
She joined Marshfield Clinic Minocqua Center in 2007.
Ann completed her associates degree in nursing from North Central Technical College, her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Viterbo college in LaCrosse, WI, and her master’s degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She is also credentialed as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber. She received her certificate as Master Herbalist from Wildwood Institute in Madison, WI.
Ann says it’s an exciting time to be part of sleep medicine. This expanding field is recognizing the importance of good sleep. Adequate treatment has been shown to improve health, productivity, wellness, quality of life, and safety.
Getting quality sleep is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. Sleep restores the brain and heals the body. It is as important as diet and movement.
