1. Search our current openings by selecting a button:

2. Select "Find Jobs" to view current openings.
You do not need a username and password to view current openings, but you will need to create them if you want to apply for an open position.
Advantages of Registration
Once you are a registered user, you can:
- Create an online profile
- Quickly submit your profile for any open positions
- View the status of your application
- Set up email job alerts so you will know when newly opened positions in your areas of interest are available
Physician Applications
Choose the option that is most convenient for you to apply for a physician opportunity.
- Create an online profile by following the steps below or

Create an Online Profile
When you find a job for which you would like to apply, create a user name and password or login if you already have one.
- Create a user name and password if you don't have one, then log in.
- Select "My Profile" to create your profile or update your existing information.
- Save your profile when you are done.
- Locate the job and select "Apply for this Position" to submit your profile. Follow the prompts until you get confirmation that your application is received.
After You Apply
We receive a high volume of applications and are unable to respond to each applicant individually. However, when you have submitted your application for a position online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your application will be reviewed by a Human Resources Representative and/or a hiring manager. We will contact you if your background fits our hiring needs. As you progress through the selection process, you may check your status by logging into the Employment Center and select Application Status. Some applicants may also receive additional notification via email, a phone call or possibly a letter.
Frequently Asked Questions
I only want to see jobs that are open. Do I have to create a user name and password?
No. Simply select the button for the job type that most interests you and the Find Jobs link. You only have to create a user name and password if you want to apply online for a position.
May I just submit a paper copy of my resume? I don't have access to a computer.
You must submit an online profile to be considered for open non-physician positions with Marshfield Clinic.
If you don't have access to a computer or the Internet, and you are from the Marshfield area, visit Human Resources on the ground floor of Marshfield Clinic to use a computer we make available for applicants. If you are outside the Marshfield area, you may contact a local Job Center (1-888-258-9966) or your local library for computer access.
Do I have to complete every section of the online form?
Applicants must complete each field of the form that contains a red asterisk next to the question. All other fields are not required, although it is recommended that you complete the profile as thoroughly and accurately as possible.
Do I need to complete a new application each time I want to apply for a position?
No, your profile will be saved; you will only need to re-submit your existing profile each time you would like to apply for an opening. Please remember to review your profile for any needed updates or changes.
I do not see a specific job that I am interested in right now. May I send a resume to Human Resources to keep on file?
Human Resources will accept your resume and keep it on file. However, the only way to have a Human Resources Representative consider you for a position is to submit your online profile for each position in which you are interested. As a registered user, you can set up Job Alerts so when a position is posted that suits your desired criteria, an automatic alert will be sent to you via email.
How can I track applications that I have submitted?
To view the status of positions for which you have applied, sign into the Employment Center, and select Application Status.
How do I attach documents such as a resume, cover letter, etc.?
When completing My Profile, you may copy and paste a text version of your resume. Also, when you apply for a specific position, you will be given the opportunity to upload a Word or PDF version of your resume. Follow the directions on the page.
How do I withdraw my application from a position?
Sign into the Employment Center and click on Application Status. If you have applied in error, or no longer wish to be considered for an open position, click on Withdraw Application next to that position. Positions that do not display Withdraw Application are no longer open.
I forgot my username or password. What should I do?
Go to www.marshfieldclinic.jobs and click on the appropriate link (All Non-Physician Opportunities, Physician Opportunities, etc.). When the Employment Center page opens, click on Forgot your Password? Enter your email address, and your username and password will be emailed to you.
