If you have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, or were diagnosed some time ago and want to share your experience with others, we encourage you to join YANAS.
YANAS meets the second Tuesday of each month from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Grace Episcopal Church, 119 West Humbird, in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Meetings are open to anyone interested in attending, and no registration is required. A complimentary light supper is served.
A variety of topics, such as coping with chemotherapy side effects, research, technological advances and community resources, are discussed. Guest speakers and a lending library are also available. Most importantly, YANAS members provide invaluable emotional support to one another.
YANAS Breast Cancer Support Group is sponsored by Pink Ribbon Advocacy and the Marshfield Clinic.
