Marshfield Clinic is working from inside medical practice and within communities to change the environment to support healthy choices. The program focuses on three areas throughout the Marshfield Clinic system of care.
The Healthy Lifestyles program aims to promote the health of people throughout the Marshfield Clinic service area through community collaboration and participation in local coalitions.
For example, Healthy Lifestyles – Marshfield Area Coalition, which includes members from all segments of the community, collaborates in the development and implementation of action plans for the Marshfield area.
Marshfield Clinic and Healthy Lifestyles-Marshfield Area Coalition created the Growing Together Community Garden Toolkit as a guide for developing community gardens.

More than 40 businesses participate in Marshfield Clinic’s healthy lifestyles toolkit user groups, dedicated to promoting healthy workforces.
