COVID-19 Transportation

The community has asked how they can help during this time of COVID-19. One way is to offer transportation services to individuals who do not have transportation home after they have been discharged from care by Marshfield Clinic Health System, Inc. facilities (collectively referred to as “MCHS”).

While individuals still have access to regular transportation services (e.g., family member, cab, Lyft, Uber, non-emergency medical transport), many of these transportation services are unavailable due to higher demand, lower capacity, and other COVID-19 related operational challenges.

If you/your organization is willing to provide free transportation services to individuals in need of transportation services after being discharged from care by MCHS, please complete this survey. MCHS will collect this information and make it available to individuals unable to secure regular transportation services after discharge from MCHS.

Individuals in need of transportation services will contact you/your organization directly to determine if you/your organization can provide them transportation services at their time of need.

If you know of others/other organizations that may be willing to provide such services, please direct them to this webpage.
