Providers continue to see patients
Many of our locations are open to treat patients that need to be seen. These locations will screen all patients at entry for symptoms of illness. All have
visitor restrictions that do not allow anyone to accompany someone to their appointment unless there are special circumstances.
Appointments with providers may be available in person, via
telehealth appointment or over the phone. To schedule an appointment with a provider or talk to a member of your care team, call your center for more information.
In an effort to minimize the potential exposure to our patients and staff, we are temporarily making changes to the hours of operation at some locations. This information may change as the COVID-19 situation evolves.
