 School of Radiography - Tuition and Other Financial Information

​For the 2018-2019 academic year (beginning July 1, 2018), Marshfield Clinic School of Radiography tuition will be $3,559.50 per university semester and $7,119 for the academic year.

Segregated Fees and Travel

While our two clinical sites are located on one campus, there is opportunity for travel to a Wisconsin state symposium in the spring of their 2nd year. Segregated fees will be assessed in the semester prior to the symposium (winter semester) for hotel and conference fees. Joint hotel accommodations will be arranged, with the exception of gender. Transportation to and from the symposium is a student’s own expense.

Effective July 1, 2019, Marshfield Clinic School of Radiography Segregated Fees will be $200.

Book  Fees

A booklist will be provided to you prior to the start of the program.

Tuition Refund

Should a student be dismissed from the program for disciplinary or academic reasons, there will be no tuition refund.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is offered by our affiliate universities for their students, but the School of Radiography does not offer financial aid for independent students. We accept scholarships, however.

Scholarships

There are scholarship options throughout the program that are passed along to students by the program director. Other scholarship opportunities are available to students who are student members of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).

Students are recommended to go to www.fastweb.com to search and apply for scholarships.

Uniforms

All students must abide by the school’s dress code. Purchase and maintenance of uniforms (navy blue scrubs) is a separate cost for which the student is responsible. The dress code policy is provided to the students upon acceptance to the Marshfield Clinic School of Radiography.
