ONBOARDING FOR CURRENT MCIS EMPLOYEES

PROCESS

1: Get to know MCHS

2: Complete your personnel profile​​​ and apply in iGreentree by November 30, 2017.  You may need to create an account.


3: Complete your Workday and Onboarding Requirements

  • Download the onboarding checklist​
  • Complete your Workday requirements.  You received two separate emails in regards to your Workday account.  The first email contained your username (or employee ID number) and the second contained your password.  Log in to Workday​ and complete the forms in your "Inbox". If you have not received the Workday login emails, please contact MCHS Human Resources.
  • The Form I-9 should be completed PRIOR to reporting to MCHS Human Resources. If the "Submit Photo" is the last task in your Inbox, please know you have not yet completed the Form I-9. You do not have to submit a photo, however you do need to scroll down and click SUBMIT on that screen in order to receive the Form I-9 in your Inbox.
  • Read the Background Check Notice
  • Print and complete the Background Information Disclosure Form​ and bring it to the onboarding event
  • Print and complete the Pre-Placement Assessment​ and bring it to the onboarding event
  • Print and complete the Certification Form and bring it to the onboarding event.
  • Print and complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement and bring it to the onboarding event.
  • If your work location is Marshfield, ​call (715) 389-4700 to schedule your pre-employment drug screening and required health work. These must be completed by December 1, 2017.  Please call early to ensure you get your desired time slot.
    • If your work location is not Marshfield, an HR Representative will reach out to you to schedule.

4:   Attend a mandatory Onboarding Event to complete required employment documents and receive your benefits packet.

  • Choose an onboarding event that fits your schedule.  These events will be held in Conference Rooms F1C and F1D during the following dates and times:
    • Monday, November 6:  8am - 2pm
    • Tuesday, November 7:  11am - 5pm
    • Wednesday, November 8:  8am - 2pm
    • Thursday, November 9:  11am - 5pm
    • Friday, November 10:  8am - 2pm
  • Note - For those whose work location is not Marshfield, an HR Representative will contact you to schedule a time to complete your onboarding.
  • Complete the Workday portion PRIOR to coming to an onboarding event.
  • You are required to bring valid types of identification​​ with you to your onboarding event to complete Form I-9.  Bring one document from List A or one of each from lists B and C.
  • Bring completed documents listed below:

5: Si​​​gn up for benefits and payroll information in Workday​

  • Refer to the Benefits Library - Orientation on Demand to review presentations
  • A benefits representative will be available in conference room F1B during the following dates, from 10 am to 3 pm: 
    • Tuesday, November 28
    • Thursday, November 30
    • Tuesday, December 5
    • Thursday, December 7
    • Tuesday, December 12
    • Thursday, December 14

NEW HIRE REQUIREMENTS (Post-Hire)​

Once you've completed your tasks and have been hired: 

Visit N​ew Employee Resources* after your first day of employment ​to complete​ orientation and training
