COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Update

Because vaccine supply is minimal, a limited number of appointments are available every week. As additional vaccine becomes available, we are calling individuals to schedule an appointment.

It likely will take several weeks, and in some cases more than a month, to schedule everyone expressing interest in the vaccine based on current supply constraints. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services determines every week how many COVID-19 vaccines we will receive for the following week. We expect to hear about our next supply of vaccine each weekend. If supply allows, we will open more appointments each week.

The State requires those in phase 1a to be vaccinated prior to individuals in phase 1b when possible. Learn more here. We are contacting patients as soon as possible based on the priorities set by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

Everyone that has completed the form with the correct contact information will get a chance to get the COVID-19 vaccine. If we call you to schedule an appointment, we will leave a message saying we will call you back if you are unavailable.

No walk-ins are available. Individuals must have an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
