​Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua values community collaboration and relationships.

The community health needs assessment (CHNA) process is done in collaboration with a variety of community partners in Oneida County, and seeks to address the health needs of all community members, in particular those that are underserved, with high needs and limited resources.

Federal regulations require that all non-profit hospitals assess the health needs of communities they serve, and develop a plan to address those needs every three years. Our findings help us understand your community's overall health. This allows us to improve our services and adjust our community health plans.


We are seeking your input for the 2021 CHNA for Marshfield Medical Center- Minocqua.

Participation in this survey is voluntary and is intended to be completed by individuals who live or work in Oneida County only. Your answers will remain anonymous and confidential, and will be combined with all survey respondents. The results will be shared with community members who are interested in improving the health of the community. Estimated time to complete this survey is 10-15 minutes.
