Office of the Director

The Director of the Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation (MCRF) leads the scientists and other staff in the Research Foundation in achieving its mission to discover and communicate scientific knowledge that substantially improves human health and well-being.

He also serves as Director of Medical Research (DMR) for the entire Marshfield Clinic System. The Director provides policy direction, operational guidance, and scientific leadership while promoting medical research throughout the MC system. He or she is the lead public spokesperson for MC concerning medical research.

The Deputy Director is the Research Foundation's chief management official and oversees research administration, financial plans, and operations.
