Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency

Application Process

We are now accepting applications for the Pharmacy Residency Program for the 2010-2011 academic year. The application deadline is January 12, 2010 or until filled.

The Pharmacy Residency Program has the following application criteria:

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Application form (see directions below)
• Official college transcripts
• Three letters of recommendation (Resident Recommendation forms available at the ASHP web site)
• Eligibility for Wisconsin licensure

Please send CV, college transcripts and 3 letters of recommendation to Program Director listed below.

Step 1. We ask that you create UserID/Password, located at the bottom of the page. You will only have to create this UserID one time. You can then enter the site as often as you wish.

Step 2. Once you are able to log in to the Employment Center web site. Enter the Pharmacy Residency job number: MC090320

Step 3. Click on the link under Job Title to access the details of the Pharmacy Residency. Click on Apply for this position when ready to complete the online application.

Note: This application will take 10-15 minutes to complete. You may save your session and come back to it at a later time.

Step 4. All required documentation will be listed on the online application. Please be prepared to send documentation electronically. If necessary, paper copies of official documentation may be sent to the address below.
