Spring has come a bit early this year. For many that means time to dust off the roller blades and pump up the bike tires and get out for some exercise. One often overlooked piece of equipment this time of year is a bike helmet. In this video Marshfield Clinic staff demonstrate how a helmet should fit. Helmets are only effective if they are sized correctly and worn properly. Be sure to review all the instructions from the helmet manufacturer.when sizing and fitting your helmet.

H1N1 in Central and Northern Wisconsin Marshfield Clinic’s Dr. Rana Nasser, Physician Director for infection prevention and control and Infection Preventionist, Sharyn Juneau appeared on AM 550 WSAU Wausau on Friday, November 20.
