Minimally invasive hysterectomy
If your doctor has recommended a hysterectomy, you may be a good candidate for a minimally invasive procedure performed with a robot assisting the surgeon.

Our staff

Along with board-certified obstetricians and gynecologists, our staff includes certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. A certified nurse midwife (CNM) is a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing from an accredited midwifery program.

Our certified nurse midwives provide you with personalized care throughout your pregnancy, labor and delivery. A nurse practitioner (NP) is a registered nurse with a masters degree in nursing from an accredited NP program and is certified by a national certifying body.

A physician assistant (PA) is a health care professional who is licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision.

Nurse practitioners, physician assistants and certified nurse midwives obtain detailed health histories, perform physical exams, order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnose and treat illness, formulate treatment plans, assist in surgery and prescribe medications.

Research

Our obstetricians and gynecologists are involved in numerous ongoing studies evaluating many potential new therapies for a variety of conditions, including treatments to prevent and treat certain types of gynecologic cancer.
