BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET IN RICE LAKE
Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with breast cancer? Were you diagnosed some time ago and want to share your experience with others?
The You Are Not Alone (YANA) breast cancer support group will hold its next meeting at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, at Grace Episcopal Church, 119 West Humbird, Rice Lake.
The YANA support group meets from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month to provide emotional support to participants. Meetings are open to anyone interested in attending, and no registration is required. A complimentary light supper is served.
A variety of topics will be discussed, such as coping with chemotherapy side effects, research, technological advances and community resources. Speakers are provided on topics of interest to the group. A lending library is available.
The YANA Breast Cancer Support Group is sponsored by Pink Ribbon Advocacy and Marshfield Clinic.
