Corporate Education
The purpose of Corporate Education is to enhance the performance of those who serve Marshfield Clinic patients and customers. Corporate Education develops instructor-led and computer-based programs that support the mission, system-wide policies and business initiatives of Marshfield Clinic. The core values of patient and employee safety, patient and employee satisfaction, safe clinical practices, skill proficiency, and teamwork are integrated into each program.
Corporate Education offers the American Heart Association (AHA) life support programs through the Marshfield Clinic AHA Training Center. In addition to the AHA courses, Corporate Education provides staff development in the areas of CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, customer service, clinical skills, teamwork, and leadership.
