Work injury management
Our work injury management program helps employers minimize the cost of on-the-job-injuries. Return-to-work and fit-for-duty exams are just a few of the medical specialties and evaluations available to employers.
After an injury occurs, the proper rehabilitation “course of action” is crucial to returning an employee to work. Through an individualized approach, we provide methods to help the rehabilitation process. And if a case does become difficult, our case management team can intervene to help bring the employee to end of healing.
Consultative services
Marshfield Clinic’s professional experts also provide consulting services on a broad range of health matters including disability exams, second opinions, independent medical examinations, and toxicological effects of chemicals and other agents.
Employment/consulting/wellness
We believe that the proper pre-or post-employment screening of your potential employee will help in determining if the candidate is physically qualified for the task at hand. Marshfield Clinic’s Occupational Health Department offers a variety of employment services to help you with those tough hiring decisions.
We also believe that all workers should have a safe and drug-free workplace, so we offer several options and locations for drug screen collections and testing. We also provide a comprehensive hearing conservation program. And our health promotion and wellness programs offer seminars and health risk appraisals to improve workplace productivity and reduce health care costs.
