The mission of Marshfield Clinic’s Occupational Health Department is “to provide services that measurably improve health, health costs, and health-related productivity for our customers.”
We understand that disability claims, on-the-job injuries, and loss of productivity can have an incredible effect on your bottom line. That’s why Marshfield Clinic’s Occupational Health Department offers a comprehensive, cost effective, occupational medicine program that produces medical outcomes which result in improved employee health, improved health care costs for employers, and improved overall productivity for our customers.
Working with you, we will provide a full spectrum of occupational health services to meet your workplace needs. We offer pre-and post-employment screenings, drug and alcohol testing, fit-for-duty evaluations, OSHA mandated medical evaluations, independent medical evaluations, safety consultations, and work injury management with internal case management.
If an injury does occur, our work injury case management program can make sure your employees return to work and home activities as soon as possible. Marshfield Clinic’s system of care includes experienced professionals in:
- Occupational medicine
- Orthopedics
- Physical therapy
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Neurosurgery
- Urgent care
- Other specialties as required

The progress of treatment is enhanced by our sophisticated electronic medical record, which allows providers and staff to share and quickly access relevant medical information, providing seamless access to specialists and continuity of care, regardless of location.
